The Board of Directors of PeterLabs wishes to announce that having received the Consent to Act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, the appointment of Messrs PKF PLT [202206000012 (LLP 0030836-LCA) & AF 0911)] ("PKF") of Level 33, Menara 1MK, Kompleks 1 Mon't Kiara, No. 1, Jalan Kiara, Mon't Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur as external auditors of PeterLabs shall be effective immediately in respect of the Company's financial audit for year ending 30 June 2026.
