Reference is made to the announcements dated 2 December 2025, 3 December 2025, 9 December 2025, and 30 December 2025 pertaining to the subject matter. For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Plaintiffs, Lim Aik Gee and Lim Wai Keong, have filed a Notice of Application pursuant to Order 28 Rule 8 of the Rules of Court 2012 to convert Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC-666-11/2025 into Trial.

Arising from the above, the hearing date previously fixed on 12 May 2026 has been vacated. The Court has subsequently fixed the new hearing date on 21 July 2026 for the main Originating Summons as well as the Plaintiffs' Notice of Application.
