The Board of Directors of Inta Bina Group Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming 11th Annual General Meeting of the Company.  

The Proposed Amendments are mainly to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.

The Proposed Amendments containing details of the above proposal will be despatched to shareholders together with the Company's Annual Report 2025 in due course.
