We refer to the announcement dated 26 March 2026, and the Company's circular dated 3 April 2026 ("Circular") in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions set out in the previous announcement and Circular shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to announce that following the approval obtained from the shareholders of the Company for the Proposals at the EGM held on 17 April 2026, all conditions precedents as set out in the SSAs has been duly fulfilled.

 

The Company will make the necessary announcements in relation to the completion of the Proposals in due course.
