On behalf of the Board of Directors of IBGB ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date.
