- PROPOSED JOINT ACQUISITION OF 100% EQUITY INTEREST IN LUMILEDS HOLDING B.V. AND CERTAIN OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES ("LUMILEDS INTERNATIONAL")

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 1 August 2025, 7 August 2025 and 29 September 2025 ("Announcements") in relation to the Proposed Joint Acquisition of Lumileds International by the Company and Sanan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd ("Sanan") ("Proposed Joint Acquisition").

 

The Board of Directors of Inari wishes to announce that the Company, together with Sanan and Lumileds Subholding B.V. ("Parties") had on Malaysia time 17 April 2026 agreed collectively to terminate the Proposed Joint Acquisition ("Termination of Proposed Joint Acquisition").

 

Further details of the Termination of Proposed Joint Acquisition are set out in the ensuing sections of this announcement.
