The Boards of Directors of WENTEL wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue and/or Trading Nature ("Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
