- EXTENSION OF EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")

The Board of Directors of Erdasan (the "Board") wishes to announce that the Board has approved to extend the Company's ESOS which is expiring on 19 April 2026 for a further duration of five (5) years from 20 April 2026 up to 19 April 2031 in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. The extension is not subject to any approval from the Company's shareholders, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and/or any other relevant authorities. Appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
