Pursuant to Part C of Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Harn Len ("Board") wishes to announce that Harn Len had on 17 April 2026 accepted the term loan facilities up to RM94.0 million from Affin Bank Berhad ("Affin" or the "Bank") ("Banking Facilities"), for the purposes as stated in Section 2  in the attached announcement.
