PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 720,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN VSTECS ("VSTECS SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") ("BONUS SHARE(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 2 BONUS SHARES FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING VSTECS SHARE HELD ON AN ENTITLEMENT DATE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER ("PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF SHARES")

Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 27 February 2026,18 March 2026, 30 March 2026 and 16 April 2026 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 17 April 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 30 April 2026 to issue the circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares.
