HHRG Berhad ("HHRG" or "the Company") - Memorandum of Understanding entered into between HHRG and RJJ Hotels Sdn Bhd ("RJJ") concerning grant of right of first refusal to RJJ in relation to the choice of hotel brand for hotel or tourist accommodation to be acquired, built or developed by HHRG and the management of the said hotel or tourist accommodation ("MOU")

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements dated 27 August 2025, 24 November 2025 and 23 February 2026 in relation to the MOU ("Announcements").

 

Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that HHRG and RJJ have via letter dated 17 April 2026 agreed to amend the MOU by replacing the reference to "Tanjung Residensi located in the state of Terengganu" with "any property in upcoming development project(s) earmarked  by HHRG for hotel or tourist accommodation".

 

Other than amendments above, all other terms and conditions of the MOU remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect.
