Amendments are made to the following line items in Note B7 on Utilisation of proceeds from the public issue of the quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 December 2025:-
1. The actual utilisation of Research and Development ("R&D") of Software cumulative as at 31 December 2025 should read as RM522,000 (17.4%) instead of RM1,935,000 (64.5%).
2. The actual utilisation of Setting up regional office in Singapore cumulative as at 31 December 2025 should read as Nil instead of RM100,000 (100.0%).
3. The actual utilisation of General Working Capital cumulative as at 31 December 2025 should read as RM391,000 (16.3%) instead of RM2,400,000 (100.0%).
4. The actual utilisation of Total Public Issue Proceeds cumulative as at 31 December 2025 should read as RM5,263,000 (20.0%) instead of RM8,785,000 (33.5%).
