The Board of Directors of RAPID wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened:-

 

(i)         Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

(ii)        Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to purchase its own shares.

 

 A circular/statement to shareholders containing details of the above proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
