The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company had on15 April 2026, received notice of resignation from Messrs. UHY Malaysia PLT [202406000040 (LLP0041391-LCA) & (AF 1411) ("UHY") as Auditors of the Company in accordance to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016. 

The resignation of UHY was on a voluntarily basis following the objective assessment and careful evaluation by the Company on the resource capacity of UHY. Other than the aforesaid, the Board is not aware of any other material matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016, the Board will take the necessary steps to appoint new auditors to fill up the casual vacancy of which shall be announced in due course.
