The Board of Directors of Leader Steel Holdings Berhad ("LSH" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the following Proposals at its forthcoming Thirty-Third Annual General Meeting:

(a) Proposed Renewal of existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("RRPT") and new Shareholders' Mandate for additional RRPT; and 

(b) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Share Buy-Back Authority.

(collectively referred to as "Proposals")

A Circular/Statement containing the details of the Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
