The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 15 December 2025, 12 January 2026, 26 January 2026 and 10 February 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that PHB, LTS, Datuk Loh and Datin Lin had on 15 April 2026, entered into a supplemental letter to the SSA ("Supplemental Letter") as the parties have yet to fulfill the Conditions Precedent under Clause 4.1(b) and Clause 4.1(c) of the SSA.

Clause 4.2 of the SSA provides that in the event that the Conditions Precedent has not been met during the Stop Date (i.e. 15 April 2026, being the date falling 4 months from the date of the SSA), the Purchasers and the Vendors may by mutual agreement in writing extend the Stop Date for another one (1) month or any other period which may be mutually agreed in writing by the parties.

In view of the above, the parties agree that the Stop Date shall be extended by a period of one (1) month to 15 May 2026 ("First Extended Stop Date"). If the Conditions Precedent have not been fulfilled or waived on or before the First Extended Stop Date, the First Extended Stop Date shall automatically be further extended by a period of one (1) month to 15 June 2026, or such other longer period as the parties may mutually agree in writing.

Save as amended in the Supplemental Letter, all other provisions of the SSA shall remain unchanged.
