The Board of Directors of LCTH wishes to inform that the Company has received a Notice of Nomination on 30 March 2026 from Lotte Chemical Corporation, the major shareholder and holding company of the Company, for the nomination of Messrs KPMG PLT as Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs Ernst & Young PLT and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company, at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors ("Proposed Appointment of Auditors").

The Proposed Appointment of Auditors will be tabled for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
