The Board of Directors of CCB wishes to announce that pursuant to the hearing of the application by the 1st Defendant and 9th Defendant to strike out the suit against them ("1st and 9th Defendants' Application") on 14 April 2026, the 1st and 9th Defendants' Application is granted, with costs of RM8,000 awarded to the 1st Defendant and 9th Defendant. Accordingly, the suit is now struck out in its entirety.
