Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 6 September 2024, 21 November 2024, 5 May 2025, 9 May 2025, 3 November 2025, 11 November 2025 and 27 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the abridged prospectus in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants ("Abridged Prospectus") has been registered by Bursa Securities. Further, the Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form, have been lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
