We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 44,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GENM by way of market making.

The GENM-C3V is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GENM-C3V is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The GENM-C3V is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under GENM-C3V are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
