Reference is made to the announcements dated 7 February 2025, 18 February 2025, 25 July 2025, 28 August 2025, 6 February 2026, and 6 April 2026 in relation to the Company's proposed regularisation plan. 

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that TA Securities Holdings Berhad, after due consideration and discussion with the Company, had mutually agreed with the Company to withdraw and cease to act as the Principal Adviser for the Company's proposed regularisation plan with immediate effect. 

The Company is in the midst of identifying a replacement principal adviser to advise the Company for its next course of action. 

The Board will make further announcements on any material developments in due course.
