(i) Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back

The Board of Directors of MEB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following at the forthcoming Fifty-Third Annual General Meeting of the Company:-

 

(i) Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back; and

 

(ii) Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature. 

 

(Collectively referred to as "Proposals")

 

The Statement/Circular to Shareholders which sets out details of the abovementioned Proposals will be issued in due course.
