Reference is made to the announcements dated 20 November 2025 and 3 April 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

 

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the SC had on 13 April 2026, approved the change in the controller of Pheim AM, Pheim Islamic AM and Pheim UT pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition, subject to any condition(s) imposed by the SC.
