CSL - REPRIMAND BY SECURITIES COMMISSION MALAYSIA

Please be advised that the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) had on 29 March 2019 reprimanded China Stationery Limited and its Executive Chairman/Chief Executive Officer as well as its former directors for various breaches of securities laws.
