The Board of Directors of Hong Seng wishes to announce that AIMAX Capital Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Hong Seng Capital Sdn Bhd) ("AIMAX Capital"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 9 April 2026 entered into Debt Settlement Agreement(s) with Dato' Liu Hang Ming, Von Victory Sdn Bhd, Chia Yan Mei and Nah Choon Jeck (collectively referred to as the "Borrowers" and individually referred to as the "Borrower") for the settlement of the amounts owing by the Borrowers to AIMAX Capital ("Proposed Debt Settlement").
