Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of NEXG wishes to announce that the financial assistance provided by MMR Capital Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NEXG Asset Sdn Bhd which in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, a moneylending company is pursuant to its ordinary course of business for fourth quarter ended 31 March 2026.
