1) Berjaya IPS Credits Sdn Bhd (fka Inter-Pacific Credits Sdn Bhd)

In accordance with Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements ("Listing Requirements"), the Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad ("BCorp") wishes to announce the moneylending activities (which forms part of the ordinary course of business) of its subsidiary, Berjaya IPS Credits Sdn Bhd for the financial period ended 31 March 2026 as per Table 1 attached.

2) Prime Credit Leasing Berhad

In accordance with Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements ("Listing Requirements"), the Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad ("BCorp") wishes to announce the moneylending activities (which forms part of the ordinary course of business) of its subsidiary, Prime Credit Leasing Berhad for the financial period ended 31 March 2026 as per Table 2 attached.
