On behalf of the Board of Directors of UTB, we wish to announce that the Directors propose to seek for shareholders' approval by way of Ordinary Resolution on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting of UTB.

The Statement on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be released together with the Annual Report in due course.
