(III)  	DIVERSIFICATION OF THE EXISTING PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES TO INCLUDE MANUFACTURING, ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, SELLING, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES

(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "TRANSACTIONS")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 14 November 2025, 19 December 2025, 29 January 2026 and 1 April 2026, as well as the Company's circular to the shareholders dated 11 February 2026 in relation to the Transactions. Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the said announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Transactions have been completed today following the full settlement of the Purchase Consideration via the issuance and allotment of Consideration Shares on 8 April 2026. The Consideration Shares will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 9 April 2026.
