We refer to the Company's announcement made on 23 September 2024 in respect of the Originating Summons filed by Dato' Adam Primus Varghese Bin Abdullah, the Former Interim Judicial Manager ("FIJM") of Khee San Food Industries Sdn Bhd ("KSFI").

The Company's solicitors notified the Company that on 7 April 2026, parties were called up for hearing of this Originating Summons.

The Court directed for the filing of further submissions with regard to jurisdictional issues of the FIJM's remuneration claim amounting to RM1,999,435.60 pursuant to Section 407(4)(c) of the Companies Act 2016.

Consequently, the Court fixed a hearing for this Originating Summons on 26 May 2026. Parties are to comply with filing directions prior to the hearing.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
