DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS UNDER PARAGRAPH 19.05(1) OF THE RULES ON TAKE-OVERS, MERGERS AND COMPULSORY ACQUISITIONS ("RULES")

Reference is made to IJM's announcement on 12 January 2026 in relation to the notice of a conditional voluntary take-over offer dated 12 January 2026 from Sunway in respect of the Offer.

Pursuant to Paragraph 19.05 (1) of the Rules, the Company wishes to inform that Employees Provident Fund Board (a substantial shareholder), Malayan Banking Berhad group, UBS AG and its affiliates have dealt in the shares of IJM and/or Sunway, details of which are set out in the attachments.
