("MCHN") in connection with an internal corporate restructuring of the business of the Manulife group in Asia. Prior to the acquisition, Manulife Holdings (Bermuda) Limited ("MHBL") held an indirect interest in MHB through its upstream shareholding chain and MCHN. As a result of this corporate restructuring, MHBL continues to hold an indirect interest in MHB through its upstream shareholding chain and MFAL's direct shareholding in MHB. |
