Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce the moneylending activities (as part of the ordinary course of business) of its wholly-owned subsidiary, P & O Capital Sdn Bhd for the 2nd quarter ended 31 March 2026, as set out in the attachment.
