The Board of Directors of Bintai is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn. Bhd. ("KBK"), has on 2 April 2026, received and accepted a Letter of Award from Tenaga Nasional Berhad for the project known as "Asset Replacement & Refurbishment for Primary & Secondary Combined Equipment and New 1X240MVA  Autotransformer at PMU 275/132KV Bukit Tengah, Pulai Pinang" (the "Contract"), for a total contract sum of RM44.65 million.

The Contract is to be completed within 730 days from the commencement date.

The Contract will contribute positively to the earnings of the BKCB Group over the duration of the Contract.

No major risk is foreseeable on the Contract except on normal business risks.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Bintai or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the contract.
