Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 29 February 2024, 30 April 2024, 26 July 2024, 21 August 2024, 28 August 2024, 12 September 2024, 24 October 2024, 27 November 2024, 3 April 2025, 16 April 2025, 30 September 2025, 28 October 2025, 8 December 2025, 15 December 2025 and 1 April 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 April 2026 withdrawn its application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time to implement the Private Placement ("Further EOT Application"). The withdrawal of Further EOT Application was made after taking into consideration, amongst others, the prevailing market uncertainties and viability of other funding options apart from the Private Placement. Notwithstanding, the Company shall, in their best efforts, continue engaging potential investors to complete the Private Placement. Following the withdrawal, the Private Placement shall lapse and be deemed completed on 21 April 2026 and the Company will reassess the optimal timing to undertake any new funding.
