Reference is made to the announcements dated December 9, 2025, December 30, 2025, January 23, 2026, January 26, 2026, January 30, 2026, February 24, 2026, February 27, 2026, March 5, 2026, March 9, 2026 and April 2, 2026 in relation to the Proposed SCR.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the special resolution in relation to the Proposed SCR was not approved at the Company's extraordinary general meeting held today. Accordingly, the Proposed SCR will not be implemented.
