Description	ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER THE ORDINARY SHARES OF NATIONGATE HOLDINGS BERHAD ("NATGATE") ("NATGATE SHARE(S)") ("NATGATE-C7")
We refer to NATGATE's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad's announcement dated 25 February 2026 and 3 March 2026 respectively pursuant to the special single tier dividend of 1.0 per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025 ("Special Dividend"). As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of NATGATE-C7. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of NATGATE-C7 shall remain the same.
