Reference is made to Meridian Berhad's ("Meridian" or "the Company") First Announcement dated 8 and 9 April 2024 in relation to the Company being classified as a PN17 Company pursuant to Practice Note 17 and First Announcement dated 26 September 2023 in relation to the Company being considered as an affected listed issuer under Paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The Company wish to inform that Bursa Malaysia has granted a First extension of time up to 25 March 2025, Second extension of time up to 25 September 2025, and a Third extension of time up to 25 June 2026. As at 11 March 2026, M & A Securities Sdn Bhd had submitted a Fourth extension of time application to Bursa Malaysia of nine months i.e. up to 25 December 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities ("Fourth EOT Application").

As at the date of this announcement, the Fourth EOT Application is pending Bursa Malaysia's decision. The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding the Fourth EOT Application.
