The Board of Directors ("Board") of RDB wishes to announce that the Company and KAF Investment Bank Berhad ("KAF IB") have mutually agreed on the non-renewal of KAF IB's services as the Sponsor of RDB upon the expiry of the current sponsorship period on 31 March 2026. For information purposes, KAF IB has fulfilled its role as Sponsor to RDB for at least one (1) full financial year following the admission of RDB on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 17 February 2025. 

In replacement thereto, Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd has been appointed as RDB's new Sponsor with effect from 1 April 2026.
