The Closing Price of RM3.8246 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of FRONTKN shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than FRONTKN-C45's Exercise Price of RM4.75, holders of FRONTKN-C45 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised FRONTKN-C45 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the FRONTKN-C45 shall terminate absolutely.
