The Board of Directors of KPS Consortium Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hai Ming Development Sdn. Bhd., had on 27 March 2026, accepted a letter of award dated 17 March 2026 from Hektar Giat Sdn. Bhd. in respect of contract works for the project known as "Proposed Pembangunan 1 Blok 356 Unit Pangsapuri Kos Bebas 35 Tingkat (Termasuk 5 Tingkat Podium Tempat Letak Kereta dan Kemudahan) di atas Lot 66435 dan PT 60916, Mukim Cheras, Daerah Hulu Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan" for a contract sum of RM106,958,373.90, for the period commencing on 25 March 2026 and ending on 24 March 2029.
