The Board of Directors of Khee San Berhad ("KSB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that, pursuant to the Employees' Share Scheme ("ESS") which was approved by the shareholders of Khee San Berhad at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held on 21 October 2024, the Company has offered shares grant to eligible persons, including members of the board, in accordance with Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
