The Board of Directors of Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A circular to shareholders detailing the relevant information pertaining to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
