Applications for the IPO Shares under the Retail Offering will open at 10.00 a.m. on 26 March 2026 and will remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 3 April 2026. The Institutional Offering will open on 26 March 2026 and will close on 6 April 2026. 

In the event there is any change to the timetable, advertisements of the notice of changes will be made in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia and an announcement will be made on the website of Bursa Securities. 

The stock code, stock short name and the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) code for MTT Shipping and Logistics Berhad are 5352, MTTSL and MYL5352OO009, respectively.
