The Board of Directors of Star is pleased to propose a First and Final Single-Tier Dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fifty-Fourth ("54th") Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The details of entitlement and payment dates of the aforesaid dividend will be announced by the Company in due course.
