The Board of Directors of Subur Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("STHB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Subur Global Pte. Ltd. ("SGB"), which is currently dormant, has applied to Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority to be struck off from the register pursuant to Section 344A of the Companies Act of Singapore.

The proposed striking off does not have any material effect on STHB Group's operations, earnings, net assets and gearing for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

None of the directors and major shareholders of STHB and persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in the proposed striking off of SGB.
