The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd. ("MNPTSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 25 March 2026 accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") dated 11 February 2026 awarded by a customer that provide infrastructure for hosting, data processing services and information technology service activities ("Company A") in relation to the project involving the construction of a consumer landing station ("CLS") for Phase 2 of a data centre located at Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia ("Project").
