Reference is made to the Announcement made on 13 March 2026.

We wish to announce that Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad ("Cahya Mata" or "the Company") had upon advice of legal counsel filed an Originating Summons ("OS") on 24 March 2026 to the High Court at Kuala Lumpur to set aside the final award dated 12 March 2026 from the Asian International Arbitration Centre ("AIAC") ("the said Award") pertaining to a claim commenced by Malaysian Phosphate Venture Sdn Bhd ("MPV") against the Company's subsidiaries i.e. Samalaju Industries Sdn Bhd and Cahya Mata Phosphates Industries Sdn Bhd. The Company is also applying for a stay of the recognition and/or the enforcement of the Award pending the disposal of the OS.

Any further material developments will be announced to Bursa Securities accordingly.
