The Company wishes to inform that the Court has directed as follows at the case management:-

 

(a) To file Applicant's affidavit in reply on or before 17 April 2026;

(b) Parties to file written submissions, authorities bundle, common core bundle and executive summary on or before 1 July 2026;

(c) A case management is fixed on 2 July 2026 for parties to confirm that the cause papers and submissions are complete and in order; and

(d) Hearing is fixed on 16 July 2026.
