On behalf of the Board of Directors of SMRT ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the proposed transfer of the listing and quotation of the entire issued share capital of SMRT from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") ("Proposed Transfer").
